Hi,

We had been looking for a reputable company to build our deck and pergola for some time now. After obtaining several quotes with various types of construction materials, we decided to obtain services from Fine Patio Design. They offered exactly what we wanted at the best price. Although we knew what to expect, the end result exceeded our expectations. Throughout the construction process, Mr. Romera sought our opinions on all options available. I was impressed with Walter Romera the moment he introduced me to your two large albums of projects. After interviewing 5 other contractors my husband and I decided on Fine Patio Design.

Not only was the price of the job reasonable Walter assured me I would be satisfied with the patio and that he would be overseeing the project each day to make sure it was coming along in line with our expectations. But we did want to send you a recommendation letter...We are so proud of the work your company did making our back yard a dream come true! In these times, when money is so tight, it was such a pleasure to get what we were looking for, with no problems attached! After contacting several contractors and getting estimates to have a roof installed over our patio, we decided to go with Fine Patio Designs. Their estimate was very reasonable and included a few extras like installing a ceiling fan and painting for free. Other contractors gave us bids but often added on additional charges as we tried to work out details. Fine Patio Designs gave us one estimate for everything and stuck to their price.

They also worked closely with us to get approval from our home owners association and to begin working on the project right away in order to complete the job before we had to bring our new born baby home.

The owners kept in contact with us during the estimate, home owner's approval process, and the completion of the work. Their staff was thorough, professional, and completed the job in less time than estimated. We are very pleased with the work and happily recommend their services.
