I was impressed with Walter Romera the moment he introduced me to your two large albums of projects. After interviewing 5 other contractors my husband and I decided on Fine Patio Design. Not only was the price of the job reasonable Walter assured me I would be satisfied with the patio and that he would be overseeing the project each day to make sure it was coming along in line with our expectations. I was very comfortable with the fact that he knew exactly what I wanted my patio to look like and drafted it for me. From beginning to end Walter was there and he took care of all the paperwork with our home owners association and answered all my questions.
The job was above and beyond our expectations. Walter and his crew are meticulous about every detail. P.S. Thank you very much Fine Patio Design for the beautiful patio. Can't wait to hire you all again for our dining room expansion next summer. Attached photos of before and after.
